The Healthcare Provider Portal and software integration provides a more efficient way to interact with the NCSR to reduce time spent on phone calls, paper forms and fax, making it easier for healthcare professionals to access and submit information.

For example, if you are submitting information such as a Bowel GP Assessment Form to the NCSR, key details will be pre-populated within the portal or your clinical software.
